Are The Left Bank and De Koffie Pot part of the same venue?

Yes, The Left Bank Village is made up of The Left Bank, De Koffie Pot and Gwynne House.

What are your opening times?

The Left Bank Village is open:

10am-late Monday to Friday
9am-late Saturday and Sunday

Do I need to book a table to visit The Left Bank Village?

No, you do not have to book a table in advance, unless it is for our Sunday Carvery. We would suggest you book a table online if your party exceeds 6 people. Groups of 10 people or over, should call or email the office in advance of your visit, on 01432 357753 or hello@theleftbankvillage.co.uk

Can I specify where I’d like to sit?

When booking a table online, you can specify whether you’d like to be seated indoors or outdoors. Further than that you cannot select where you’d liked to be seated. However, at the gate you can request where you’d like to sit E.g. At De Koffie Pot or the Left Bank, or by a fire-pit and the members of staff on the gate will try to be as accommodating as possible.

 

Do we accept cash or card payments?

Sorry, we only accept card payments.

Can I reserve a fire-pit?

Sorry, no. You cannot reserve a fire-pit, but we do have over 20 fire-pits to provide as much warmth to our outdoor customers as we can.

How do I order food and drink?

You can order at the bar, or order using the menu app.

What happens if I am running late?

We will hold your table for 20 minutes if you are running late. During quieter periods we may hold your table for longer, but we cannot guarantee this.

What is the disabled access at The Left Bank Village?

All spaces have slopes and lifts for disabled access. Please see further accessibility information here

What is the food wait time?

Wait time for a main course is on average 30-40 minutes. When you order your food and drink on the app, you can select normal wait time or that you are in a hurry or in no hurry for your food

Can under 18s visit The Left Bank Village?

Before 6pm, under 18s can visit The Left Bank Village if they are accompanied by a parent or appropriate guardian. This is on the assurance that the adult does not purchase alcohol for that child. After 6pm, under 18s are only permitted entry with an appropriate parent or guardian and at the discretion of our staff. We are sorry but for health and safety reasons children are not allowed on the top floor of The Left Bank. 
No children of any age under 18 are permitted to attend the New Years Eve event at The Left Bank Village. Different rules apply to private events.

Are dogs allowed at The Left Bank Village?

Yes we are dog friendly! Dogs are allowed in all parts of The Left Bank Village.
Dogs must be kept on their leads at all times.

How long can we stay at our table?

There is no limit at The Left Bank Village on how long you can stay at your table, as long as you are ordering either food or drinks.

Do we take walk-ins?

During quieter periods it is normally okay to just turn up on the gate and ask for a table, but booking in advance means you can enter the venue more quickly and guarantees you a table in busier periods.

Is there a cancellation fee is I cancel my table?

To cancel your table you need to ring the office on 01432 357753 or email us at enquiries@herefordleftbank.com. If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation or do not show up for your booking, there is a cancellation fee of £2 per person automatically debited from the card details you provided online at the time of booking.
