However, at the gate you can request where you’d like to sit E.g. At De Koffie Pot or the Left Bank, or by a fire-pit and the members of staff on the gate will try to be as accommodating as possible.
All customers entry to The Left Bank Village is via the gates to De Koffie Pot at the back of The Left Bank. Upon arrival we will, in accordance with government Covid-19 guidance:
Encourage you to use the hand-sanitiser provided
It is compulsory that guests either participate in the NHS track and trace system upon arrival or provide us with their name and phone number for our track and trace system.
We require you to wear a mask upon entry and wear it whenever you are at The Left Bank Village except for when you are seated e.g. you will be required to wear a mask when you visit the loos
From July 19th 2021 it is no longer a legal requirement to wear masks, however we still strongly encourage members of the public to continue to wear masks when arriving and moving around the venue. Our staff will be continuing to wear face masks’. We’d also encourage the continued use of our hand sanitiser provided at the gate, or alternatively our handwashing with soap and water at our hand basin on the courtyard.
Sorry, we only accept payments by placing your order on an app on your smart phone, iPAD or laptop and entering your bank card details onto the app.
Sorry, no. You cannot reserve a fire-pit, but we do have over 20 fire-pits to provide as much warmth to our outdoor customers as we can.
Reducing the spread of Covid-19 is very important to us so we ask that our customers place their orders for food and drink via an app on their smart phones, iPADS or laptops. If you find the app challenging to use, please persevere, almost everybody finds it really user-friendly once they’ve got used to it.
You can access this app once you are seated by scanning the QR code on the table. The food and drink app is called By Table.
As soon as you’ve ordered on the app, the order will go through to the kitchen, so please do not place your order until you’ve arrived at The Left Bank Village
We will hold your table for 20 minutes if you are running late. During quieter periods we may hold your table for longer, but on busy nights (Fridays and Saturdays) it’s strictly a 20 minute limit.
All spaces have slopes and lifts for disabled access
Wait time for a main course is on average 30-40 minutes. When you order your food and drink on the app, you can select normal wait time or that you are in a hurry or in no hurry for your food
