FAQ

The Left Bank Village is currently closed. This is due to concerns about the rising infection rate of Covid-19 cases in Herefordshire. We hope to re-open in the quieter New Year period.

Yes. To visit The Left Bank Village at any time for food and drink, you must book a table in advance.

Be aware we quickly get booked up for Friday and Saturday nights, so you’re advised to book well in advance for these nights.

To book a table you must book online at Open Table. Click here to book now.

When booking a table online, you can specify whether you’d like to be seated indoors or outdoors.

Further than that you cannot select where you’d liked to be seated.

However, at the gate you can request where you’d like to sit E.g. In De Koffie Pot, or in the Left Bank, or by a fire-pit.

Upon arrival we will, in accordance with government Covid-19 guidance:

Request that you use the hand-santiser.

Encourage you to participate in the NHS track and trace system upon arrival.

Ask for your name and phone number for our track and trace system.

Require you to wear a mask upon entry and wear it whenever you are at The Left Bank Village except for when you are seated e.g. you will be required to wear a mask when you visit the loos.

Sorry, no. You cannot reserve a fire-pit, but we do have over 20 fire-pits to provide as much warmth to our outdoor customers as we can.

Reducing the spread of Covid-19 is very important to us so we ask that our customers place their orders for food and drink via an app on their smart phones. If you find the app challenging to use, please persevere, almost everybody finds it really user-friendly once they’ve got used to it.

You can access this app once you are seated by scanning the QR code on the table. Please note, the food and drink app is called By Table, and is not to be confused with the system you originally used to book your table, that was called Open Table.

As soon as you’ve ordered on the app, the order will go through to the kitchen, so please do not place your order until you’ve arrived at The Left Bank Village.

We will hold your table for 20 minutes if you are running late. After that your table may be given away.

All spaces have slopes and lifts for disabled access.

Sorry, no. To reduce the spread of Covid-19, we only accept card payments.
