Welcome to our riverside restaurant and bar, The Floodgates, located on the Ground Floor Terrace of the Left Bank.
Enjoy our long established and popular Sunday Carvery offering all your roast favourites in our beautiful restaurant with its stunning views.
Every evening, Floodgates opens as a cocktail bar, with a new signature cocktail menu relaunched every Summer and Winter.
The bar has a buzzing atmosphere and our exclusive VIP space that can be reserved for your special occasions such as hen parties and cocktail masterclasses.
From January 2025, we plan to offer a 3-course menu on Saturday nights in our Garden Room area.

Cocktails are served every day in Hereford’s Floodgates Bar. Experience our Winter Cocktail Menu from October and our Summer Cocktail Menu from April. We offer a range of classics, specials and mocktails.

Cocktail masterclasses
Our cocktail masterclasses are the most fun you can have in class!
Shake cocktails, enjoy your creations, compare with your friends & play boozy games! Our head mixologist will be there to talk you through all the techniques and you’ll be sampling cocktails and shots throughout your session. The Left Bank Village in Hereford is the perfect venue for cocktail masterclasses.
Pricing is at £45pp with a minimum of 10 people per booking.
