Herefordshire does not divide into two blocs, one for the bypass, one against. The results of a ‘Q-methodology’ analysis carried out by Talk Shop seem to suggest there are three distinct views among those in favour, and four among those against. There is a lot of common ground between all these groups, including across that for/against divide.
