Welcome to The Floodgates Restaurant! We offer a Tasting Menu Experience every Friday and Saturday evening, featuring a carefully crafted and curated selection of our signature dishes and special wine-pairings.
Experience our unique culinary creations each week and also buy a Wine Flight with the meal where you will receive a paired wine with each of the courses.

How does our Tasting Menu Experience Work at the Floodgates Restaurant?
Please note all guests will arrive at 7pm, and the full set menu will be served simultaneously to everyone, creating a unique and communal dining experience.
You’ll get to enjoy each course alongside fellow guests, making it a perfect opportunity to indulge in a variety of flavours and connect with others over a shared love of great food.
Additionally, the experience doesn’t end here – once your meal ends, you can continue to enjoy the Left Bank Village! With our riverside terrace just a few steps away from our Floodgates Restaurant, enjoy our range of drinks alongside Hereford’s finest views! Alternatively, why not try De Koffie Pot? With our signature fire pits, and live music on our Bandstand, we have the perfect environment for your evening.
You can easily make your reservations online as individuals, please just fill out the field that asks you the name of other people you are dining with, so we can ensure you are seated at the correct table.

At The Floodgates Restaurant, we reward those who plan ahead. Our pricing adjusts based on how far in advance you book your table, ensuring the best value for early bookers.
The price per person for the Set Menu follows a tiered structure based on how far in advance you book.
Reservations are £15 when booked 30 or more days in advance, £20 when booked 15–29 days in advance. £25 for bookings made 7–14 days in advance, and £30 when booked less than 7 days before the event.
Prices automatically adjust as the event date approaches – secure your table now for the best rate! Please note that Dynamic Pricing may vary.
