Welcome to The Floodgates Restaurant! We offer a Five Course Dining Experience every Friday and Saturday evening. Featuring a carefully crafted and curated selection of our signature dishes, and special wine-pairings.
Experience our unique culinary creations each week, and also buy a Wine Flight with the meal where you will receive a paired wine with each of the courses.
How does our Five Course Dining Experience Work at the Floodgates Restaurant?
All guests will arrive at 7pm, where you will be seated at your restaurant table – with table service, you will make your selections from this weekend’s Dining Menu. Each course will be served simultaneously to everyone, creating a unique and communal dining experience.
You’ll get to enjoy each course alongside fellow guests, making it a perfect opportunity to indulge in a variety of flavours and connect with others over a shared love of great food.
